Subscription & Refund Policy

1Seller Information

Your Seller depends on your location:

• If you are located in the United States, your Seller is AIstats Inc.
• If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other country outside the United States, your Seller is MatchStats OÜ, an Estonian company that resells AIstats Inc.'s Subscriptions to you as an authorized reseller under an agreement with AIstats Inc.

For payment-processing reasons, your purchase may be processed by either AIstats Inc. or MatchStats OÜ, both of which act as authorized sellers of Subscriptions.

2Free & Paid Trials

AIstats may offer free or paid trial periods for its services. A valid payment method must be provided at the time of enrollment. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the applicable charges will be billed to the provided payment method.

We may also provide discounted plans that automatically renew at the regular full subscription price, as well as other limited-time promotional offers.

3Subscription

All subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or as otherwise selected at the time of purchase) unless canceled by the user in advance.

4Payment Method

Payments will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of purchase upon confirmation (for example, by single-touch identification, facial recognition, entering payment information on our website, accepting the subscription terms displayed on the checkout screen or Apple/Google pop-up).

If a trial applies, the recurring charge will occur once the trial period ends. By completing the purchase, you authorize your Seller (as identified under Seller Information above) to charge the applicable subscription fees to the submitted payment method.

5Subscription Cancellation

Canceling a subscription will disable automatic renewals. Cancellation procedures depend on where the purchase was made.

For trials and subscriptions purchased through AIstats websites

Users can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support@aistats.pro. Deleting the app or the account within the app does not cancel the subscription.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid additional charges.

For trials and subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store

Users can cancel their trials or subscriptions at any time by turning off auto-renewal in their Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period.

Subscription management for purchases through the App Store is handled solely through the Apple ID. For more information, users can visit Apple's support page.

For trials and subscriptions purchased through Google Play Market

Users can cancel their trials or subscriptions at any time by turning off auto-renewal in their Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period.

Subscription management for purchases through Google Play Market is handled solely through the Google Play account. For more information, users can visit Google's support page.

6Changes

AIstats reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at its discretion, with prior notice to users. Users will be notified of any price changes via email, in-app messages, or website notifications before the new pricing takes effect. If users do not agree to the updated pricing, they must cancel their subscription before the price change takes effect to avoid being charged at the new rate.

7Maintenance

AIstats may perform periodic updates and maintenance, which could temporarily affect service availability. In cases of significant service interruptions, AIstats will provide advance notice whenever possible.

8Refunds

For purchases made through AIstats websites

For purchases made through the Apple App Store

If a user is eligible for a refund for a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store, the user must request it directly from Apple. The user should follow the instructions provided on Apple's support page to submit a refund request.

For purchases made through Google Play Market

If a user is eligible for a refund for a subscription purchased through Google Play Market, the user must request it directly from Google. The user should follow the instructions provided on Google's support page to submit a refund request.

Note for residents of certain US states

Residents of California or Connecticut may cancel their purchase at any time before midnight of the third business day following the date of purchase. In such cases, AIstats will refund the payment in full.

Note for residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland

Consumers based in the EEA or Switzerland have a statutory right to withdraw from contracts for the purchase of services. However, for single items of digital content (e.g., video recordings or PDF files), users expressly agree that the content will be made available immediately, thereby waiving the right of withdrawal and becoming ineligible for a refund.

For subscriptions to our Service, which is provided on a continuous basis (such as app subscriptions), users expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of the Service. If a user exercises their right of withdrawal, your Seller (as identified under Seller Information above) will refund an amount reduced in proportion to the Service already provided before the withdrawal notice was received.

9User Guidance & Documentation

Users are encouraged to take a screenshot or save a copy of this refund policy for future reference.

10Customer Support

Users can contact support@aistats.pro for assistance with refund requests, subscriptions, or general inquiries. AIstats aims to respond to all inquiries within 5 business days.
