1Contact Information

Your Seller depends on your location:

• If you are located in the United States, your Seller is AIstats Inc.
• If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other country outside the United States, your Seller is MatchStats OÜ, an Estonian company that resells AIstats Inc.'s Subscriptions to you as an authorized reseller under an agreement with AIstats Inc.

For payment-processing reasons, your purchase may be processed by either AIstats Inc. or MatchStats OÜ, both of which act as authorized sellers of Subscriptions.

2Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

• mobile and web versions of the AIstats Application
• related APIs and backend services
• all paid and free features, including trials and subscriptions

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

3Third-Party Platforms

If you download or access AIstats via the Apple App Store or Google Play, additional platform-specific terms apply:

• Apple or Google may act as third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
• Payments, refunds, and subscription management for in-app purchases are governed solely by Apple or Google policies

4Eligibility & User Representations

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargoes you are not located in a country or region subject to U.S. or EU sanctions or embargoes
• you are not listed on any U.S. or EU sanctions, restricted, or prohibited parties list
• you use the Service for lawful purposes only

5Account Registration & Security

5.1 Account Creation

Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

5.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• all activities performed under your account

5.3 Security Breach

If you suspect unauthorized access or data breach, you must notify the company immediately at support@aistats.pro.

5.4 Account Restrictions

• Automated or bot registrations are prohibited
• One account per user unless explicitly authorized
• Accounts may not be shared

6Subscriptions & Trials

AIstats offers auto-renewing subscriptions, including:

• free or paid trials
• discounted introductory offers
• recurring billing (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually)

Full details are governed by the Subscription & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7Payments & Authorization

7.1 Payment Method

By completing a purchase, you authorize your Seller to charge the provided payment method for:

• subscription fees
• recurring renewals after trials or promotional periods

7.2 Automatic Renewal

8Subscription Cancellation

8.1 Website Purchases

For subscriptions purchased via AIstats websites:

• cancellation must be requested by contacting support@aistats.pro
• deleting the app or account does not cancel the subscription
• access continues until the end of the current billing period
• no refunds for unused time

8.2 Apple App Store Purchases

Subscriptions must be managed via Apple ID settings. AIstats cannot cancel or refund App Store subscriptions on your behalf.

8.3 Google Play Purchases

Subscriptions must be managed via Google Play account settings. AIstats cannot cancel or refund Google Play subscriptions on your behalf.

9Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the Subscription & Refund Policy, summarized as follows:

9.1 Website Purchases

• All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
• Refunds may be granted at your Seller's sole discretion

9.2 App Store & Google Play

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google, in accordance with their policies.

9.3 Legal Exceptions

10Content & Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership

All content, software, data, and materials are owned or licensed by AIstats Inc.

10.2 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the Application without prior written consent.

11User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for any content they submit. The company reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

12Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• impersonate others or provide false information
• harass, threaten, or defame
• distribute malware, spam, or phishing attempts
• misuse APIs or scrape data
• use the Service for gambling or betting decisions

Betting odds or analytics are provided for informational purposes only.

13External Resources

The Service may link to third-party resources. AIstats is not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

14API Usage

API access is provided "as is". AIstats is not liable for damages resulting from API use or interruptions.

15Service Availability & Changes

The company may:

• update, modify, or discontinue features
• perform maintenance that may temporarily limit access

Advance notice will be provided when reasonably possible.

16Termination & Suspension

16.1 By User

You may terminate your account at any time. Active subscriptions remain valid until the end of the billing period.

16.2 By AIstats

The company may suspend or terminate access if you:

• violate these Terms
• misuse the Service
• trigger legal or regulatory risks

No compensation is due for terminated accounts.

17Disclaimer of Warranties

18Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIstats shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of data, revenue, or profits

Nothing limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or personal injury.

19Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIstats harmless from claims arising from:

• violation of these Terms
• misuse of the Service
• infringement of third-party rights

20Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Where AIstats Inc. is your Seller (see Section 1): these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
• Where MatchStats OÜ is your Seller (see Section 1): these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings before the competent court of your country of residence.
