We are looking for a Growth Product Manager who will take full ownership of scaling the product, driving growth, and improving key performance indicators.
This role is not just about execution - it’s about taking full responsibility for results. You will define and implement growth strategies, optimize user activation, retention, and LTV, and develop monetization models.
This role offers a unique opportunity to explore new domains and steer product growth in a "blue ocean" market, where your key decisions will have a direct and significant impact on product performance. Monetization strategies and collaborating closely with the marketing team to achieve optimal results. You will work alongside marketers and take full ownership of the final outcome

Monetization of mobile applications, including in-app funnels.
Monetization of web products and working with funnels on desktop platforms.
Optimization of web-to-web funnels with a focus on increasing conversion rates.
Developing monetization strategies aimed at achieving target ROI.
Collaborating closely with the marketing team to build growth and monetization strategies.
At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in mobile apps or web products.
Experience working with user acquisition channels (Google/Facebook/Apple Search Ads).
Proven ability to develop long-term strategies for iOS product growth.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of product metrics.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing to improve product performance and validate hypotheses.
Expertise in crafting marketing strategies focused on ROI.
Ability to address user needs and problems through behavioural analysis.
Experience with at least one product analytics tool (Amplitude, Firebase, SensorTower).
Strong cross-functional team management skills to effectively achieve set goals.
