We're building something big in the sports tech world - and we’re looking for a driven Junior+ Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow. This is your opportunity to shape the sales strategy for a cutting-edge product and become a key player in our business development team.
Researching and identifying potential clients, companies, and key contacts.
Managing the inbound funnel from the first touchpoint to closing the deal.
Filling and maintaining the sales pipeline using Apollo, LinkedIn, Notion, and other tools.
Supporting market research and helping build our initial sales processes.
Leading client communication and contract negotiations.
Collaborating with the product team to align sales efforts with customer needs.
Becoming an expert on our product and target audience within your first weeks.
1-2 years of experience in software/B2B sales.
Excellent email communication and cold calling skills.
Skilled in objection handling, negotiation, and familiarity with main sales methodologies - BANT, SPIN, etc.
Curious and resourceful when it comes to finding the right people and contacts.
Familiarity with a basic sales tool stack (CRM, Apollo or any other Sales Engagement/Data platfomrs, LinkedIn, etc.)
Fluent in English (Russian is a bonus).
Love for football (soccer) is not optional - it's essential.
Fully understand our product and ICP within 2-3 weeks.
Actively convert leads into calls and qualified opportunities.
Close at least 10 deals (LoI signed) independently.
