We’re looking for a Marketing Motion Designer who will create 15–20 motion creatives per week to support our marketing and paid acquisition efforts.
Your goal is to test ideas, iterate quickly, and identify what performs best. As a reference point, we aim for an average 8% success rate based on internal benchmarks. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to review results and continuously improve performance.
Create video ads for mobile apps to run on Meta, Instagram, and ad networks
Create rendered footage, visual compositions, and 2D animations
Develop creative concepts and scripts
Working with assets from Figma
Work with text animations, ensuring smooth integration into motion design
Develop quick animation concepts, brainstorm creative ideas, and finalize designs
Use stock footage and assets to craft dynamic, visually compelling animations
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure animations align with brand and marketing objectives
Prepare and animate photo and video materials
Handle editing, keying, tracking, and color correction
1–2 years of experience in motion design
Intermediate proficiency in After Effects
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop
Ability to work with templates and presets
Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, rhythm, smooth movement) and the ability to apply them in practice
Experience working with shapes and masks; basic understanding of rotoscoping and compositing
Understanding of UX/UI design and animation principles
Experience working with AI tools (image and video generation, AI avatars, text-to-speech voiceovers)
Ability to work with infographics
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Passion for innovation and a desire to grow in motion graphics
Basic sound design skills
Portfolio showcasing animations and dynamic graphics for digital platforms
Nice to have:
Familiarity with trends in the sports/football industry
Basic marketing knowledge and understanding of how animations can enhance product visibility
