As a Project Manager, you’ll drive end-to-end delivery across Product, Engineering, and Marketing, using the right tools, workflows, and best practices to fuel the company’s next stage of growth. You’ll act as a core partner to every team, unifying cross-functional work into a single, streamlined operating system across Jira, Slack, and Notion. Your north star: consistently achieving an 80% delivery rate.

Ensure all tasks are timely, clearly defined, and properly documented in the task tracker using SMART and/or ARCI.
Partner directly with the CEO to build the delivery metrics foundation that will power future team performance analysis.
Establish and fully integrate team routines: regular check-ins, groomings, retros.
Create a list of high-impact improvements to accelerate delivery speed and elevate work quality.
Solid project management foundation with the ability to clearly answer: “How should a project management system be built for a 30-person company — and why?”
Hands-on experience with Notion for workflow and documentation setup.
Practical experience with n8n and the ability to design and maintain automation pipelines.
Ownership mindset and readiness to build processes from near zero.
Experience working in small, fast-moving companies (corporate/outsourcing-only background will not fit).
Previous work with engineering teams, ideally including CV/ML/DS.
End-to-end cross-functional experience (worked not only with developers, but also with product managers and marketers).
Clear long-term motivation to grow into Delivery Manager or (optionally) Product Manager.
Strong desire to automate everything possible and scale operations, not maintain chaos.
