The Product Manager at AIstats is responsible for the entire portfolio of B2B and B2B2C products, ensuring these solutions deliver meaningful value to professional clubs and broader markets. The role includes defining a clear product vision and long-term roadmap, building a predictable and effective product organization, and providing an exceptional experience for customers and design partners. This person validates new market opportunities, aligns product development with real user needs, and drives go-to-market execution that supports sustainable commercial growth.

Development teams are fully guided by an OKR system; a 12-month roadmap with priorities and estimates is created, ensuring 80% predictability of delivery timelines.
95% of design partners are satisfied with their onboarding to the AIstats platform.

Five new market opportunities for AIstats products are identified, tested, and prioritized. A go-to-market strategy for the most promising markets is developed and approved with the CEO.

English C1 (Advanced): Flawless spoken and written English is non-negotiable for direct client communication.
Technical Background (CV/ML): Proven experience working with Computer Vision or Machine Learning products. You understand the tech stack and constraints.
Metric-Driven: You live and breathe MRR/ARR. You know how to work with unit economics.
CustDev Expert: Solid background in conducting customer interviews and validating ideas before development.
Analytics Proficiency: Experience setting up and using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
A/B Testing: Correct understanding of how and when to run A/B tests to validate growth hypotheses.
